What is the best way to get to the Guadalajara?

LAX (nonstop flight ~3 hrs) or use the CBX bridge to fly from Tijuana to Guadalajara (nonstop flight ~2.5 hrs).

When should we plan to fly in?

Thursday morning at the latest. This will allow extra time in case of flight delays and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?

If you are staying at the Hyatt Hotel yes! You can arrange pick up services by sending a WhatsApp message to 52 33 1715 4674.

How far is the airport from the recommended hotels?

​The driving distance from the airport to the recommended areas (Zapopan/Andares) is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

What are the best accommodation options nearby?

We booked a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. If you choose our transportation option, this is where we’ll pick you up and drop you off. Of course, you’re welcome to explore other places to stay! You can find more ideas in the Travel section of our website.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

If you choose our transportation option, we’ll have comfortable, air-conditioned Sprinter vans to take you from the Hyatt Regency Hotel to the wedding venue and back. 🚌 Shuttles will depart from the hotel, exact times will be shared as we get closer to the big day.

What is the wedding weekend itinerary?

This is a two-day celebration! Friday is the main event with the ceremony and reception. Saturday is an optional outing to Tlaquepaque—a colorful, artsy town nearby. 🌞 Bring the whole crew, everyone’s welcome on Saturday!

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

The attire for the event is black tie. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed in their finest!

How do we RSVP and by when?

Please RSVP by visiting the RSVP tab which will be accessible by end of July and selecting Accept or Decline. When you RSVP, you’ll be asked a few quick questions to help us finalize details, like your meal selection and whether you'll be using our transportation service on the wedding day. If a plus one has been allocated to you, your guest’s name will also appear on the form. We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by January 5th 2026. Thank you and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What will happen on Saturday?

Saturday will be a day for everyone to explore Guadalajara at their own pace. Tlaquepaque is a popular area with plenty to see and do. There’s no set schedule or itinerary for the day—just a chance to enjoy the area! If you'd like to travel together, we will be organizing a bus for everyone.

What food will be served?

We’ll be serving a plated dinner for all guests. While the menu is still being finalized, rest assured there will be delicious options for everyone. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them on your RSVP so we can accommodate you! We will also be serving a late night snack!

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

To allow all guests to fully enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only occasion. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
